1. About Kanan.co

Kanan.co is an IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) authorized representative. Our consultants are officially recognized by the Government of Canada to represent clients in immigration matters.

3. Immigration Consulting Services

3.1 Scope of Services

Kanan.co provides professional immigration consulting services including eligibility assessment, application preparation, document review, and representation before IRCC. The specific scope of services will be agreed upon in a written service agreement signed before any paid engagement begins.

3.2 No Guarantee of Outcome

While Kanan.co provides expert guidance as an IRCC-authorized representative, we cannot guarantee the approval of any visa, permit, or permanent residency application. Immigration decisions are made solely by IRCC and the relevant Canadian authorities. Outcomes depend on individual circumstances, eligibility criteria, and applicable immigration policies at the time of application.

3.3 Fees

Our consulting fees will be clearly communicated and agreed upon in writing before any services are rendered. Government application fees (payable directly to IRCC) are separate from our professional fees. We do not accept fees in advance of providing a signed service agreement.

3.4 Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information in connection with your immigration application. Misrepresentation or omission of material facts in an immigration application may result in refusal, inadmissibility findings, or a ban on future applications. Kanan.co is not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
